Hours - All times offered are in Central Time (CT) and are subject to availability. ​​

• Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

• The Initial appointment is scheduled for up to 60 minutes.

• Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 45 to 50 minutes. 

• Clients are responsible for the full appointment fee (explained below) unless the appointment is rescheduled or canceled MORE than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 

• In the event of a medical emergency, the appointment fee will be waived.

• There is a 15-minute grace period after which the appointment is considered to be missed and the full fee applies.

Full Fee Explanation:

• If paying privately, the full appointment fee is equal to the private payment amount for that appointment.

• If using an eligible insurance policy, the full appointment fee is equal to the total amount allowable as determined by the insurance plan.
